TNS Research International
TNS Research International is part of WPP group — one of the world's largest communications services groups with offices in 107 countries. TNS-RI is the group's custom research agency with expertise in large scale data collection, database management and analysis and insight. Clients include the Office of National Statistics, Royal Mail and Transport for London. TNS were awarded the contract for managing CORE data by the TSA in 2009. Work is underway on developing the CORE website (core.tenantservicesauthority.org) and the online submission system for CORE data which will replace CORE Digital in April 2010.

Tenant Services Authority
The Tenant Services Authority is non-departmental public body with wide ranging powers to register and regulate housing associations. It has a board appointed by the department of Communities and Local Government (CLG) to whom it is accountable. The regulatory functions of the TSA will move to the Homes and Communities Agency in 2012 under the control of an independent committee.

Homes and Communities Agency
The Homes and Communities Agency is also a non-departmental public body accountable to the department of Communities and Local Government (CLG) as an enabling and investment body working for local communities with four key areas of activity: growth, affordability, renewal and sustainability. In April 2012 they will also take on the regulatory functions of the TSA.

The National Housing Federation
The Web site for the National Housing Federation, formerly the National Federation of Housing Associations. The site provides 'Briefings' on current issues affecting social housing together with the Federation press releases.

Feedback Services
In September 2008, Feedback Services Ltd was formed, offering the full range of market research services and consultancy linked to customer engagement and consultation, including STATUS surveys. Feedback has been conducting STATUS surveys and related exercises since 1998 and has completed more than 650 STATUS and related surveys for social landlords since then. The new service offers a full market research service including postal, telephone and face-to-face interviews methodologies.

One of the largest social policy research and development charities in the UK, spending about £7 million a year on a research and development programme that seeks to better understand the causes of social difficulties and explore ways of overcoming them.

Supporting People Client Record
The Supporting People programme provides vulnerable people with the opportunity to improve their quality of life.  The Centre for Housing Research (CHR) has been awarded the contract to manage the analysis of clients in the Supporting People programme.
