| Tenant Satisfaction Surveys |

| Feedback, the National Housing Federation’s tenant satisfaction service incorporates the STATUS questionnaire, which is endorsed by the Communities and Local Government (CLG) and the Housing Corporation. |
| The questionnaire was designed to be used by social landlords to survey tenants in general needs and sheltered housing. It is designed to be a baseline survey, which can be repeated after a number of years, and allows for the comparison of data between different social landlords. |
