Client Record Form
The supporting people client recording system was introduced in April 2003. The system collects information on new clients who receive supporting people services. The forms are processed by the CHR who are contracted by the CLG to process the data.
As the form is considerably shorter than the CORE form, RMC Consultancy can include training of the Client Record form as part of a CORE training session.
The training will cover:
When to complete the form
How to complete the form
Common errors
